eeeem...sedap roti ni walaupun agak remeh nak wat tapi aku ada letak kat sini step by step wat roti ni..utk rujukan aku gak ni..bukan apa kdg lama x buat lupa gak...tula kan baiknya ada blog ni atleast bole jadi sumber rujukan...yela aku ni kalau print je sume resipi ntah ke mana jek hilangnya nanti...almaklumle bab2 nyimpan kertas ni sume en. hubby yg biasa buat...heheheheh...resipi yg aku print pun dia dok tlg failkan..huhuhuhu...tq ye darling.....
aku c&p je resipi ni..tq ye tuan punya resipi...memang sedap walaupun tgk step2 tu agak remeh tapi tak sia-sia mencuba..penat lelah anda akan berbaloi kerana hasilnya amatla memuaskan...heheheheheh....(kemain lagi aku nih...)
(A)
500g bread flour/high protein flour
100g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
30g milk powder
1 teaspoon bread improver (optional)
1 teaspoon bread softener (optional)
4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
(B)
250ml water
1 egg (lightly beaten)
(C)
40g butter
40g shortening
(D) Filling
Red bean filling (beli yg readymade ajer)
Method :
1. Mix well all ingredients in (A)
2. Add (B) into (A) and knead till smooth.
3. Add (C) and continue kneading till smooth and shiny and dough does not stick to your hand.
4. Leave to prove for 30 - 40 minutes.
5. Punch down the dough to let the air out.
6. Divide the dough according to the weight you wish. Make into balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
7. Shape accordingly. (REFER TO THE PICTURE)
8. Leave to prove for 40 minutes - 1 hour.
9. Bake till golden brown.
