BANANA MUFFIN


buat banana muffin ni semalam (ahad) utk minum petang sebab nak menghabiskan pisang yg ada kat umah tu..sebab kalau makan camtu je memang x abis le pisang tu.. sedap resipi banana muffin ni aku ambik kat fp KAK MADIHA...resipi asal dari WENDY KHOR...so aku c&p je resipi ni ye..tq KAK MADIHA...aku buat half je dari resipi ni bnyk jugak dapat..ni kiranya kali kedua aku buat banana muffin ni sebab yg buat sebelum ni aku lupa nak snap gambornya...heheheh

Ingredients A
  • 400gm melted butter
  • 300gm (6nos) eggs
  • 200gm milk (aku guna fresh milk)

Ingredients B
  • 600gm(10pcs) mashed banana
  • 400gm castor sugar
  • 2gm salt

Ingredients C (Ayakkan bersama)
  • 550gm superfine flour (aku guna tepung gandum)
  • 10gm(2 tsp) baking powder
  • 10gm(2 tsp) sodium bicarbonate

Method
  1. 1. Double boil till the butter is dissolved, and let it cool. Add in beaten egg and milk, stir until well combined. ( mix guna whisker)
  2. 2. Add salt and sugar into the mashed banana, mix until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Combine step 1 and step 2, add sieved ingredients(C) to form batter. (jangan terlebih kacau/bancuh)
  4. 4. Fill up muffin cup batter, bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes
